1. Services and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the nature of our services (including IV treatments, injections, aesthetics procedures, and medical weight loss programs), all services provided are final and non-refundable once administered. We do not offer returns or refunds on completed treatments or consultations.

However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work with you to find a solution.


2. Eligibility for Refunds (Service Cancellations)

Refunds may be available under the following conditions:

  • Prepaid Service Appointments: If you have prepaid for a service and wish to cancel your appointment, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. You may, however, be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost, at our discretion.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the prepaid amount, and no refund will be provided. 


3. Requesting a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund request for prepaid services, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at askhanna@ivhab.com with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request.” Please provide the following information:

    • Full name
    • Contact details
    • Date of the scheduled service
    • Reason for requesting a refund or cancellation
  2. Refund Review: Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.

  3. Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


4. Rescheduling Services

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and wish to reschedule instead of requesting a refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling is available without any additional charges if done within the specified timeframe.


5. Fees and Costs
  • Late Cancellation Fees: If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total service cost.

  • No Additional Fees for Refunds: We do not charge any fees for processing refunds on eligible cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.


6. Product Refunds (If Applicable)

If we offer any physical products in the future (e.g., skincare items, supplements), the following conditions will apply:

  • Unopened Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery. For defective or incorrect products, please contact us for further instructions.
